About the OpportunityDue to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our team in North Coogee WA 6163.Your responsibilities in this role will include;Lead all workshop staff, including Supervisors, Leading Hands, Technicians, TA’s, and apprentices.Allocate duties and provide support for Services Supervisors.Oversee all service & manufacture jobs to ensure they are completed on time, on budget & to AFP’s standards.Chair and attend workshop prestart and WIP meetings.Provide clients and AFP team with technical solutions and support.Provide direction on job prioritisation and scheduling of resources.Establish and promote a strong safety culture. About YouStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and transfer knowledge to team.Experience managing a busy workshop / job environment.Strong planning and organising skills for labour and material resources.Relevant trade or tertiary qualificationsValid Driver's Licence and a demonstrated safety-first mindset.
