Internal Sales Representative

About the Opportunity

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our high performing team in one of the most dynamic engineering fields of Fluid Power.

Located in our Bundaberg branch, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with product selection by interpreting catalogues and product information.
• Service customers to both meet their current requirements and develop further opportunities.
• Prepare and submit quotes to customers.
• Generate sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
• Monitor and expedite back orders and overdue orders.
• Provide internal support for the Sales Team.

About You

• Exposure or experience with Hydraulics and/or Fluid Power (highly desirable).
• Enthusiastic about learning our product range and embracing challenges.
• Ability to interpret parts manuals and catalogues.
• Attention to detail and a positive ‘can-do' attitude.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Enjoy working with people and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed and driven, with a desire to grow and develop a long-standing career within the Berendsen business.
