This role will see you working across a broad range of industrial sectors, providing breakdown and diagnostics support on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment.Your responsibilities in this role will include;Attend site and conduct initial diagnosis and assessmentDetermine what action is required to get the machine operational and initiate the corrective action, which may involve repair or replacementUndertake site installations and commissioning of new systemsProvide routine preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipmentPerform allocated work within the workshop, which will include cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testingPerform work safely and comply with WHS procedures.About YouRelevant trade qualifications (ie Diesel, Auto, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter)Hydraulic Field Service experience with the ability to prepare clear and concise service reportsHydraulic overhaul and diagnostics experience and the ability to interpret hydraulic circuits (desirable)Flexibility to work overtime and on weekend call-out rosters when requiredValid Driver's Licence and demonstrated safety first mindsetA desire to grow and develop a long standing career within the Berendsen Fluid Power business.What’s in it for you?This is an exciting opportunity to forge a rewarding career within a growing and progressive business.Attractive salary packageFully maintained service vehicleVariation of work - no day is the sameCareer development opportunitiesWork life balanceFlexible start and finish times8 weeks paid parental leave & 1 week secondary carer leave.
