Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Business Improvement Analyst to provide commercial reporting, analysis and support services across the business to contribute to business efficiency, controls and growth.

This is a ‘hands on’ role where you will drive business initiatives and actively partner with a wide range of stakeholders from the Workshop through to the Board across a variety of businesses within the Questas Group.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyse and interpret commercial data to identify trends, concerns and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and scorecards, focusing on financial and operational implications and opportunities.
• Contribute to business efficiency and growth by undertaking projects.
• Involvement in the tender process across the business and negotiating contract terms.
• Prepare and execute capital equipment business cases and acquisitions.
• Prepare boardroom presentations and proposals.
• Monitor KPIs and investigate non-conformances.
• Improve and streamline internal reporting and incorporate into standard business processes.

About You

• A Degree in Commerce or Accounting plus a minimum of two years full-time commercial experience.
• Experience in a partnering role, providing analysis and insights supporting business leaders to make commercial decisions.
• This is a role with a high level of stakeholder engagement, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• A self-starter, who is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools e.g. Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Passionate about delivering high quality results.
