Business Development Manager

About the Opportunity

Aussie Fluid Power is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join the team and support our mining customers.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for seeking and developing opportunities across our business lines; including engineering projects, service, parts sales and equipment hire.

You will work closely with our Engineering, Works Delivery and Business Services teams as well as our suppliers to develop opportunities and maintain relationships.

About You

• A minimum of five years’ experience within the mining sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Account management experience.
• Experience coordinating quotes and tenders for opportunities.
• Competent with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Willing to be a team player – we work as a team.
• Strong negotiation skills with a strategic sales mindset.
• A track record of working with hydraulic equipment is preferred but not essential.
