Due to an internal promotion, Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our high performing team in Wetherill Park.

You will be inheriting a successful branch, with strong technical ability, a positive and productive team culture and a large customer base.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of the branch and lead your team to achieve excellent customer service, while delivering financial and strategic objectives.

About You

Industry knowledge within the hydraulics sector will be highly advantageous, along with the following attributes:

• Leadership skills and a passion for delivering high quality results to customers.
• This is a customer facing role, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong people management skills, dedicated to being a great leader for the team.
• Sales and financial management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
