Beasley's Hydraulics is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our high performing team in Bundaberg.

You will be inheriting a successful branch, with strong technical ability, a positive and productive team culture and a large customer base.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of the branch and lead your team to achieve excellent customer service, while delivering financial and strategic objectives.

About You

 

• Industry knowledge within the hydraulics sector will be highly advantageous, along with the following attributes:
• Leadership skills and a passion for delivering high quality results to customers.
• This is a customer facing role, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong people management skills, dedicated to being a great leader for the team.
• Sales and financial management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
