We are seeking an Administrator to provide critical administrative functions required to support the smooth operations of our Sales, Engineering and Construction teams as well as the Service Department.

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, your responsibilities will vary across Accounts Administration, Purchasing Administration and Service Department Administration.

About You

• Cert IV in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Administration.
• Strong administrations skills – organised, thorough, systems-orientated with attention to detail.
• Highly competent using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to plan work and establish priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to work with a wide range of clients.
• Hands-on experience with purchasing and accounting software well as experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
